We are proud of being closely guided by the values of the Nation, coupled with an independent set of directors appointed to set the overall strategic objectives of the corporation and ensuring we continually advance the Nation through our efforts.
The CEO of the Halfway River Group, appointed to administer the strategic decisions, operations and resources of the Halfway River Group, works in the head corporate office in Fort St John.
To ensure the needs of each individual business are met, each subsidiary Halfway River Group JV business also has a separate appointed Board of Directors to oversee their operations.
Dave Fuller
Dave Fuller joined the Halfway River Group as a Director in 2018, passionately aligning with the group’s mission to uphold the vision of the Halfway River First Nations' Chief and Council.
Rick Colbourne, PhD, ICD.D
Rick, who's worked in Canada, the UK and Europe, is an experienced entrepreneur and award-winning academic with over 25 years of expertise in strategy, governance, and organizational development.
Brad Bonner
Brad has over 35 years of leadership experience in British Columbia's Forestry, Construction, and Energy sectors, along with extensive knowledge of working with Indigenous communities in the region.
Jodi Carlow
Jodi has been with the Halfway River Group since 2014, with a continued dedication to foster economic growth and positive change for Halfway River First Nation.
Erin Hoffmann
Erin began with the Halfway River Group in 2021. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), her career began with a bookkeeping course and continues to develop.
